How can I access the forum?

We run a free community forum site for users of The Photographer's Ephemeris.

You'll need to create a forum account in order to access it - this account is separate from any account you may have for use with The Photographer's Ephemeris. You typically won't be able to sign to the forum with the same username and password combination (unless you're reusing the same password which you should not do).

To create a forum account you can click the Forum link at the top right of the page in Photo Ephemeris Web - this link is displayed only when you're are signed into your Photo Ephemeris account.

If you've already created a forum account, you'll be taken straight to the forum page. If not, the following message is displayed:

Click Join to continue. On the next page, click Sign up:

On the sign up page, we recommend using the same email address as you use for Photo Ephemeris - that allows us to grant you access to privileged areas of the forum reserved for registered Photo Ephemeris users and subscribers.

You'll need to enter the Invite Code: this is displayed in the popup message shown above from Photo Ephemeris Web (it's masked out above, but highlighted), or if you've received an invitation to join via email, the invite code will be shown there.

That's it - once you're registered, you'll be able to participate in the forum*. We look forward to seeing you there!

* In rare cases, your account may require approval from administrators: this is triggered by any unusual traffic patterns associated with your access or connection.
